Wallet Sync privacy policy

Effective 31 October 2026.

What it is

Wallet Sync is a personal iPhone app made by Spencer King for one household. It copies that household’s own Apple Card, Apple Cash and Savings activity to the household’s own finance dashboard, at finances.spencerking7.com.

What it reads

Everything Apple’s FinanceKit provides for the Wallet accounts you choose to share, and nothing from any other account: each account’s name, description, opening date and, for a card, its credit limit and payment amounts and dates; every balance Wallet has recorded for it; and every transaction, with its dates, amounts (including any foreign currency and exchange rate), descriptions, merchant, category, type and status. It cannot move money or change anything in Wallet.

Where it goes

Only to finances.spencerking7.com, over HTTPS, with a secret unique to the device. It is stored there in a private database, behind sign-in, readable by the household alone. The dashboard runs on Vercel and Supabase, which host it and hold no right to use the data.

If you are not part of this household, nothing leaves your phone: the app talks to this dashboard alone, and the dashboard refuses any device without the household’s secret.

What it never does

No analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party code. No account with anyone. Nothing is sold or shared.

On the phone

The app keeps the device secret in the iPhone’s Keychain and a record of which transactions it has already sent. Your transactions themselves stay in Wallet.

Your control

Turn access off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Financial Data, or delete the app. Either stops all further copying. What was already copied stays on the dashboard until the household deletes it.
